Before taking to the field, all United FC Beacon Players must complete and submit Club Paperwork, including the Insurance Waiver, Membership Application

Referees will be checking Team Rosters and Submitted Paperwork prior to kickoff of each tournament and league match to ensure that all Players on the playing field have submitted their Club Paperwork.
